Refund policy

30-Day Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date of their order. Requests made after 30 days will not be eligible.


No Returns Accepted

Halovent does not require or accept physical returns of products.
Instead, we review refund requests based on the issue reported and the proof provided.


Eligible Refund Reasons

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you may qualify for a refund.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect

  • The issue must not be caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear


2. Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, we will review your case and may issue a refund.

Required:

  • Photo proof of the item received

  • Order number included in your message


3. Item Not Received

If tracking shows your package was not delivered, you may be eligible for a refund after the carrier investigation is completed.

Please note:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout are not eligible for refunds

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather are not automatically eligible, but we will review each case


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse (e.g., “I changed my mind”)

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or variation

  • Minor differences in color due to screen display settings

  • Normal wear and tear after use

  • Items marked as Final Sale (if applicable)

  • Requests made after 30 days

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Halovent reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions listed in this policy.


Policy Abuse

We monitor refund activity to prevent abuse. Excessive or fraudulent claims may result in refusal of future orders or refunds.
