Customer Testimonials

Real stories from people who finally stopped thinking about pests in their own home.

Taylor S.

Teacher, New York, NY

“I 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐠𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐈 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝.”

It was always in the back of my mind. I’d walk into the kitchen at night and check the floor first. I kept spray under the sink just to feel prepared. Then one night I walked in barefoot, grabbed some water, and went back to bed. No checking. I didn’t even think about it. That’s when I realized how much more comfortable I felt in my own home.

“𝐈 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐛𝐞𝐝.”

Seeing a bug was bad enough. What bothered me more was everything I couldn’t see. Once the lights went off, I’d wonder what might be under the cabinets or behind the fridge. I tried traps and sprays, but they were just constant reminders. After plugging these in, I eventually realized I wasn’t checking the corners anymore. My house just started feeling like my house again.

“𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫.”

My apartment was clean, but after seeing bugs a few times, that didn’t matter. Whenever someone came over, I’d secretly hope nothing crawled out while they were there. I even stopped inviting people over as much. After a while with these plugged in, that anxiety faded into the background. Now when someone knocks on my door, bugs aren’t the first thing that crosses my mind.

Real stories from real customers who made Halovent part of their daily ritual.

“Bought these after seeing another bug in my kitchen late one night. I was getting tired of checking the floor every time I turned the lights on. A few weeks later I realized I wasn’t doing that anymore. That alone has made my apartment feel normal again.”

“I honestly wasn’t expecting much when I ordered these. I’d already tried sprays, traps, and keeping everything ridiculously clean. Plugged these in and basically forgot about them. Then one night it hit me that I hadn’t thought about bugs in days.”

Daniel M.

Financial Analyst · Jersey City, NJ

Verified Purchase

“The bugs bothered me, but constantly wondering where the next one would show up was worse. I’d check behind things and keep spray under the sink just in case. Now I barely think about it. I didn’t realize how exhausting that routine was.”

Ashley T.

Registered Nurse · Philadelphia, PA

Verified Purchase

“I live in an apartment, so I can keep my place spotless and still have no idea what’s happening next door. That was always the frustrating part. I plugged these in around my place and love that there’s nothing I have to remember to do every night.”

Chris L.

Property Manager · Chicago, IL

Verified Purchase

“I originally bought these because I wanted something simple that didn’t involve putting more traps everywhere. Plugged them in and went on with my life. A while later my boyfriend mentioned we hadn’t seen anything lately. I hadn’t even noticed because I’d stopped looking.”

Samantha K.

Marketing Coordinator · Boston, MA

Verified Purchase

“I used to walk into the kitchen at night and automatically look along the floor and cabinets. It became something I did without even thinking about it. After having these plugged in for a while, I realized that habit had disappeared. That was the biggest difference for me.”

• THE COMPARISON

Why Halovent Wins.

See how Halovent stacks up against the three most common alternatives. Pick a comparison below.

THE SIMPLE WAY

Halovent Ultra Sonic Pest Repeller

A ritual that quiets a busy mind.

Just plug it in

Plug it into an outlet and let it run. No complicated setup, mixing, spraying, or daily routine.

No harsh chemical sprays

No clouds of bug spray or strong chemical smells lingering around the rooms you actually live in.

No traps to check

Nothing sticky to hide behind furniture, inspect every morning, or clean up after something gets caught.

Works quietly in the background

Once it is plugged in, there is no daily pest control chore to remember.

Made for everyday living spaces

Use them throughout kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, basements, and other areas of the home.

Pest control you barely think about

Instead of waiting until you see another pest and reacting, Halovent stays plugged in as part of your home.

THE REACTIVE WAY

Pest Sprays

THE REACTIVE WAY

You have to find the pest first

Most sprays only come out after you have already spotted something crawling across your home.

Harsh chemical smell

Spraying around kitchens, bedrooms, and living spaces can leave behind an odor you would rather not live with.

Constant reapplying

Spray once, put the bottle away, then reach for it all over again the next time something appears.

Gets into your living space

Overspray can land around floors, counters, baseboards, furniture, and other areas your family actually uses.

Another bottle under the sink

It becomes one more pest product sitting around waiting for the next problem.

Keeps you reacting

See a bug. Grab the spray. Clean it up. Wait for the next one. The cycle never feels finished.

THE GROSS WAY

Stick Traps

THE GROSS WAY

You still have to find what they caught

Eventually someone has to look at the trap and deal with whatever ended up stuck to it.

Dead pests stay in your home

Catching the pest does not make it disappear. It leaves you with the cleanup.

You have to hide them

Under cabinets. Behind furniture. Along walls. Places where you hope guests never notice them.

They need replacing

Once traps get dirty, dusty, or catch something, you are right back to putting down another one.

Only covers one small spot

A trap sits exactly where you put it. Pests somewhere else in the room can simply never encounter it.

A constant reminder of the problem

Even when you are not seeing pests, those little traps around your home remind you why they are there.

THE HIGH MAINTENANCE

Pest Control

THE HIGH MAINTENANCE

Appointments to schedule

Instead of handling things on your own time, you may need to plan around someone coming into your home.

Costs can add up

Repeat visits and ongoing service plans can turn pest control into another household expense.

Treatment can disrupt your day

Moving things, preparing rooms, waiting for treatment, and following instructions afterward can become a project.

May involve chemical treatments

Depending on the service and pest, traditional treatments can involve products being applied around parts of your home.

The problem stays top of mind

Scheduling another visit means pests become another household problem you have to actively manage.

More effort than plugging something in

Calls, appointments, preparation, treatment, and follow ups create considerably more friction than a device that stays in the outlet.
